All sellers who use shipping and checkout on Marketplace agree to follow our Seller Policies.
For items you sell with shipping and checkout, you'll need to:
- Ship the item within 3 business days of confirming the order. Make sure to mark it as shipped and enter a tracking number. Our system will automatically cancel the order if it hasn’t been marked as shipped, regardless of any agreement made with the buyer.
- Respond to customers within 2 business days. Check your messages from buyers frequently so buyers can reach you when they have questions. You can also help avoid Purchase Protection claims from buyers by replying to any reported issues within 2 business days.
